Sponsor and contact

Accessible or Not is sponsored by Axeazy, which provides free accessibility scans and fixes, bug fixes and development support for the site.

Axeazy maintains the site. For updates, or for anything about this policy, email contact@axeazy.com.

What stays on your device

Your scores, answers, streak, quiz best scores and a random id are saved in your browser's local storage. This is needed to remember your progress, which is the service you are using. We do not use cookies.

You can delete all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we receive

When you finish a round, your browser sends us your answers, your score, the random id and the date. We keep the random id for 3 days, only to stop the same round counting twice.

We keep anonymous totals, such as how many players got each score and each card right, for up to 60 days. We also count, per day, how often scores are shared and how many visits shared links bring, for up to 400 days. None of this identifies you.

IP addresses

Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many scores can be submitted, so the averages cannot be flooded. These records expire within a day and are never stored with your scores.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics. Upstash stores the anonymous totals. Both may process data in the United States. We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone else, and we show no ads.

Legal basis

If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the game, preventing abuse and understanding how it is used. Storage on your device is strictly necessary to provide the game you asked for.

Your rights

We do not collect names, emails or accounts, so we cannot connect stored data to you. You can clear your local data at any time. For questions or requests, email contact@axeazy.com.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
